Divorce papers consists of the following information and documents.

  • Divorce case no.

  • Divorce Decree

  • Divorce settlement.

What do we need to obtain your divorce decree and settlement agreement on your behalf?


1. Case Number: Case Number:

      • We can obtain a case number on your behalf.

      • Lead time 3 to 10 working days.

2. Full names and ID numbers of parties to the divorce.

3. If you do not have the case number we need the following information.

       • I D Number of one of the parties to the divorce.

       • Court where the divorce took place

       • Date of Divorce

4. Process:

    4.1. Download the Application form.

    4.2. Download and complete the Client sheet.

    4.3. Make a good quality copy of your ID. If possible ID copies of both parties to the divorce.

    4.3. Complete, scan and email to us.

5. Lead Times and fees : Although lead times are a indication of results in at least 85% of our applications GMTM consultants does in no way  Guarantee lead times in any way and does not accept responsibility for any loss due to delays in issue of certificates and/or certificates  issued with faulty information.

  5.1. Obtaining Case number:

  5.1.1. Pretoria and Johannesburg: Lead Time 6 to 10 working days.  ( Not guaranteed) R 299 ( Deposit R 100 and R 199 on completion)


  5.2. Obtaining Divorce Decree:

  5.2.1. Pretoria and Johannesburg.

  5.2.1. From 1996 to now:

            • Lead Time 5 working days R 895  ( Deposit R 395 and balance of R 500 on completion)

  5.2.2. Up to December 1995:

            • Estimated lead time: 2 to 6 weeks R 895  ( Deposit R 395 and balance of R 500 on completion)

 5.2. Obtaining Divorce Settlement:

  5.2.1. Pretoria and Johannesburg.

  5.2.1. From 1996 to now:

            • Lead Time 5 working days R 395  ( Deposit R 200 and balance of R 195 on completion)

  5.2.2. Up to December 1995:

            • Estimated lead time: 2 to 6 weeks R 395  ( Deposit R 395 and balance of R 500 on completion)

 5.3. Apostille and Authentication at High Court: Only if necessary

        • R 495 per set

6. Other Fees not included.

6.1. . Courier Fees

  6.1.1.. Door to Door where possible in South Africa R 150-00

           • Our preferred service provider is The Courier Guy and parcels can be tracked here.

           • If documents cannot be delivered door to door documents will be courier ed to your nearest post Office via Speed Service couriers.

  6.1.2 Door to Door where possible any destination outside of South Africa R 625-00

           • Our preferred service provider is DHL and parcels can be tracked here.

  6.1.3.  Payment methods and Forex and Bank Fees: banking details will be supplied with the invoice.

  • EFT from any bank in South Africa - no banking fees

  • EFT from a bank outside of South Africa forex fees of R 285 per transaction.

  • Cash payment from within South Africa - Additional bank charge of R 100-00 per transaction.

  • PayPal - Forex fees of R 280 per transaction.

8. Process when we receive the Application:

     - Process the application .

     - Email u a invoice with payment options and details.

     - Courier the completed documents to u.
